BCNA is not a group of people in an office, but a network of more than 120,000 members. More than 90 per cent of BCNA members have had a diagnosis of breast cancer, and the remaining members have had a personal experience through a family member or friend.

Whether you have been diagnosed with cancer, or have a family member or friend who is affected by cancer, there are times when you may need support. Our professional services and support programs are here to help you.

The Buderim Private Hospital Cindy Mackenzie Breast Cancer Program provides support to Sunshine Coast breast cancer sufferers and their families as they undergo treatment for breast cancer. The program is available to all Sunshine Coast residents diagnosed with breast cancer – applicants do not need to be patients of the hospital.

The Sunshine Coast Breast Cancer Friendship Circle is a free, volunteer-organised social group aimed at bringing together people who currently have breast cancer or those who have had breast cancer in the past. The group facilitates face-to-face gatherings (coffee mornings) and other social outings designed to connect people with others who understand what you're feeling and have been through.
